“He said that you’re just as boring as everybody else” Bloc Party
I met Bachelor Number 21 at the Barracks at 9am. We were both on time, and we had until 10:30am when I was going to see Black Swan at the movies with Macca and Magic.
He was the one who had insisted on breakfast. He was the one who suggested we have it at the same location as the movies. And he had no idea where to go for breakfast. He obviously hadn’t put much thought into it. We ended up wandering up and down the street before he decided we should go to Park Road. In my car.
I drove us there and we had breakfast. We talked about the same boring stuff. Movies, weekends, travel… for an international he was remarkably boring. And completely an accountant, despite his previous guarantees that he was much more interesting.
I just wasn’t excited about it at all. And after I drove us back and found a new park at the Barracks just in time for the movie, he only went in for the cheek kiss. Yawn.
